Single Family Homes and Garden Villas
The retirement community will include 34 individual homes and 32 garden villas. Each unit includes appliances, a double car garage, a security system for medical emergencies, and a monitoring system for security in case of fire or theft. Maintenance of homes and garden villas, which will include upkeep for home appliances and lawns, are provided by Shannondale.
